2013 at top level continues to drink fabulously, and Mugnier’s Fuées, a magical vineyard and essentially a southern extension of Bonnes Mares, is stunning today on pnp (although last sips were the best) wafting layers of sweet strawberry-rhubarb, sous bois, rose petals, game and smoky minerals. It’s liquid velvet in the mouth with an energetic spine of cool minerality and balanced acids adding freshness and focus to its delivery. It’s simply a beguiling combination of power and elegance and a superb expression of the vintage. — 18 days ago
Beautiful and oily and bright. Lime and stone and glossy rich fruit. Salinity and real depth. Delicious — 10 days ago
Wild strawberry, apricot, crushed stone, a bit herbal. — 17 days ago

Vintage 2014 | jasmin in smell, expressive. Minerals, flint. Juicy. When you take a sip, you are longing for the next one. A high sip-want-next factor. Awesome balance. — 13 days ago
