Red pepper, bit of fresh red fruit and fig, tons of red pepper spice coming up. Med body, med p acid, fresh juicy kick of spice coming up from the end, bit of dusty character, long finish of moderate tannin comes from the end. Drunk with amatriciana pizza(with calabrian pepper). Need spice and calabrian food for this one. — 8 years ago
