This ended up being a fantastic wine! Needed decanting for at least 2 hours. Steve 'broke the rules' by adding Syrah to this Bordeaux blend. Great, lingering tannins on the finish. Full concert as soon as the wine hits your mouth. And yes the 'spice' from the Syrah gave it great character!! — 8 years ago
