Wife didn’t like, but I did. — 3 days ago
DO Cebreros, which is a new Denominación de Origen in Spain. If I were doing a blind tasting I might think this was a Bourgogne (Burgandy)! Sparkling bright red color, medium clear. Aromatic notes of strawberries and raspberries with smokey vanilla and tobacco undertones. Subtle earthy aromas and flavors of mushroom and slate. The tannins are so elegant, so refined, with a luscious, inviting acidity. Long, finish. This will age and just get better and better. Wow! — a month ago
Excellent fruit forward with mild peppery finish, pairs well with poultry or seafood — a month ago
A lot of minerality and some nutty flavours! I liked it very much! Unique wine! — 7 days ago
