Textbook Gewurtztraminer from the unlikely New England area near Tingha, an hour or two’s drive south of the Granite Belt but made by Mike Hayes in the latter. Aromas and flavours of Lychees and Turkish Delight with moderate acid and great length. Was a perfect match with Smoked Cod. I usually have a Pinot Noir with richer fish dishes and I had opened a cracker with the 2009 Bass Phillip Premium as well to compare but the Gewurtz was the better matchup. — 5 years ago
Very easy to drink, a new favorite and for $8 can't be beat. — 10 months ago
Deep ruby in color, but leaning towards purple; black cherries, graphite, and cassis on the nose; medium plus acidity; medium tannins; tastes like plum sauce, red currant (I think), and wet gravel with a medium to long finish. Nellie doesn't like it, but I think it's pretty good. — a year ago

I really liked this one. I had it with a cheeseburger and fries, it was great! Price was also excellent for $8 great deal. — 3 months ago
