Aromatic with ash and barnyard. The palate is juicy, with bright acidity and false effervescence to start. Finishes long with macerated fruits, bitter earth, and dry, gripping tannins. V.A. Not quite clean. Definitely one of a kind. The volatile acidity actually fits nicely with PLENTY (several hours/a day) of air. — 5 years ago
