Sourced from La Rinconada vineyard, medium lemon with aromas of stone and citrus fruits and floral notes. On the palate flavors of apple, peach, lemon citrus and honey notes, complex with mineral tones and vanilla oak notes. Ok balance, screaming acidity, medium+ finish ending with fruit and earthy mineral character. Drink now! A bit pricey! — a year ago

We had the 2020 Vintage on 4/10-12/26. A real good Santa Barbara Pinot noir. Tastes of red cherry, strawberry, baking spice and an earthy taste. Purchased at the winery. Would buy more — 3 months ago
A blend from Sanford & Benedict and La Rinconada vineyards, aged for 11 months in 25% new French oak, medium lemon with aromas of stone and citrus fruits and nutty floral notes. On the palate flavors of apple, pear, lemon citrus zest and melon, complex with mineral tones and soft creamy oak adding sweet spice. 100% Pinot Noir sourced from Domaine de la Cote and La Rinconada vineyard in Santa Rita Hills. Aged for 6 months in neutral oak and 4 months in tank. Delicate nose with red fruit and spicy notes (cinnamon). Medium-bodied, elegant, good acidity. Drank it too quickly — 2 years ago
The 2018 Pinot Noir (Santa Barbara County) is an absolutely gorgeous appellation-level wine. The purity of the flavors alone is just stunning. Sweet red cherry, mint and blood orange take on shades of translucence. Light on its feet and yet beautifully layered, the 2018 has so much going on. It is an elegant and alluring wine from the first taste. Vineyard sites are Radian, Spear, La Rinconada and Sanford & Benedict. Don’t miss it. (Antonio Galloni, Vinous, August 2020)

Nice finish with soft tannins and tangy raspberries.
This 5-year-old Single Vineyard Pinot Noir from Santa Rita Hills is drinking very nicely now, and will continue to get better in the next 5 to 7 years. Spicy, fruit forward and elegant.
Wine Enthusiasts 90 points.
Showing nice complexity with a soft mouth feel. Nicely balanced and good right out of the bottle.
Good by itself as a sipping wine, and paired nicely with my Charcuterie board.

This may have been the top among the four: Racines Rinconada, Deovlet S&B, and Point Neuf. The Eyrie had an “au naturale” nose to it that made some think it was flawed, but others found it interesting and distinctive without being funky. Nice balance and mouthfeel. — a year ago
Complex Chardonnay. A blend of minerality, sea air, and mild tropical fruits. Very interesting and enjoyable! — 2 years ago
Wow. This tastes like a salty Meursault. — 2 years ago
Couldn’t resist! Old world style new world Pinot. Maritime softness. — 4 years ago
Seems like Chanin Wines need a few years to really incorporate and this Rinconada Vineyard from 2014 seemed to be getting right into that spot. Chuggable while complex, with layers of high toned fruit, savory tannins, and super balanced acidity — 6 years ago

That’s a beaut. Creamy malo but very understated style. A little sneaky barrel spice but no overt new oak. Color is clearer than photo indicates — a month ago
