Very good, less acidic than their other reisling option at the time. Zest, citrus, just a touch of sweet. Bought on birthday trip to Stanton, November 2022. — 3 years ago
One of my new favorites-This Pinot is so smooth easy to drink will definitely order again soon — 4 years ago
Pretty good. Slight bitter taste in there somewhere but aerate it and that subsides. — 5 years ago
Bright red plum and cherry. Cedar and vanilla. Well structured. — 7 years ago
Was sold as Meomis Momma. Since I love Meomi, I tried it. Wasn’t disappointed. Drank incredibly well for such a young wine. Paired with a rib eye steak and great conversation. It’s a bit pricey though. — 7 years ago
Lighter PN with cranberry and strawberry notes and a smooth finish. — 4 months ago
A dark garnet red wine. Balanced with dark ripe black plum and the a finish of sea mist and pepper. The Piedirosso grape delivers a wine full of life and down to earth. Open and drink this wine to remove all of your worries and focus on the important things in life….your family and wine. Excellent when paired with juicy rib eye, spinach and mushrooms. — 3 years ago

Very smooth cab with a hint of tobacco and currant . Enjoying it with a prime bone in rib eye steak — 6 years ago
Firewater, this is the first expensive wine I've ever had. Brought over by friends to accompany a perfectly marinated rib eye grilled medium rare with crazy char on the fatty ends. Its smooth, great body, great flavor with a strong but not overwhelming california cab. I can imagine buying this wine even though I couldn't imagine paying this much money for one wine that I could buy 4 or 5 wines for the same price. — 7 years ago

I recommend a stainless steel toaster,
Historic style of making champagne, eye of the partridge is something between a Blanc de Noirs and Rose. Such an appetizing rose gold color. Pastry/biscuit, strawberries & cream & clementine on the nose, much more lithe, tense and bright on the palate.
Honestly it’s hard to come up with descriptors because it’s just a joy to drink.
Disgorged last year on Valentine’s Day.
I’m really digging the Vesselle wines these days and they are so reasonably priced for the quality. — 3 years ago
Perfect with a grilled steak. Plenty of time for further aging. Great tannins with a long berry finish. — 5 years ago
Newish vintage, 600 cases produced. 94/6 blend of Grenache Blanc and Roussanne from three vineyards: Boushey (81% GB), Weather Eye (13% GB), Olsen (6% R). Pale yellow white, excellent clarity. Floral, vanilla and mild aldehydic barnyard aromas. Guava, lactic flavors, tropical fruit finish (banana then coconut? But this ain’t no Piña colada). Lingering cherry and heavy (skin and seed) tannic aftertaste . This is either serious experimental winemaking, or ultra craft-focused ‘blanc de noir’, or is this just their iteration of a pale “orange” wine? Massive tannins for a “white” wine. Not a wine for the faint of heart. Dry, just enough acidity, fruity but still pondering this one... The trop fruit flavors backed off, with cherry and other red fruit and Grenache character flavors emerging after 30-60 minutes. Tannins also softened somewhat, with patience — 6 years ago

New vintage of this Cab and Petit Verdot blend. Grippy tannins, and powerful layered red and black fruit. Long finish. As the wine opens up beautiful hints of cassis. Nicely integrated at 5 years. Great wine to celebrate all the moms. ❤️😊 — a month ago
