My go to Chardonnay — 4 years ago
Very very good. Just enough age on this to enjoy (2019). Rim is leaning golden brown. Earthy light pine, licorice, dried flowers. Palate is silky, drying to a medium tannic finish. This punches a bit above its price point in my opinion. A definite rebuy for me. A case discount would make this a staple "table" wine but obviously much better than that label would imply.

2016 vintage labeled Superiore and DOC, grapes from the Piedmont region. Medium bodied. Bright sour cherry flavor, red licorice aroma, very little tannin and a touch of herbs in the finish when first opened. This wine gets better as it rests. It gains body and tannin and is less bright. You would be lucky to have this as your everyday wine. The cherry flavor reminds me of a delicious wine from Pardas Cellars using the Sumoll varietal native to Catalonia. — 3 years ago
Gorgeous color of cranberry juice. Floral tones and a fantastic, robust flavor of roses and berries. Nice complexity, mildly acidic, and a floral finish. Our favorite Rose! — 5 years ago
Not sure if I've been here before.... This has potential, but needs time... At least.
Flint, ash, rose, white pepper, and only a hint of strawberry on the nose.
More red fruit on the palate, including strawberry and red cherry. Sour red cherry. Tannins are very nice at medium plus. Alcohol at medium plus. Acidity is medium. This can certainly be expected to improve with ageing, but I'm concerned that the fruit is not still dominant at only two years in.

Had 2012 from Littari $30 on 3/21/20. Very light bright red. Amazing perfume across the room. Violets, Light. High alcohol in scent and taste — 5 years ago
