100% Nebbiolo! Ruby color with shades of tobacco, truffle and rose. Nice full body and velvety structure. I decanted half the bottle when first opened and drank it...tasting really really well. Day 2, straight out the bottle (in a glass not lips to bottle😀), it show up even better than the previous day. Barolo's rule! — 8 years ago

I don't usually do digestifs, but John C insisted and it looked too interesting to pass up. Concentrated Barolo essence with a spicy herbal - even slightly medicinal - thing going. If you've ever tried the Italian cola "Brio", this is its alcoholic cousin. Cool end to great meal. — 7 years ago
