Whole cluster pressed, barrel fermented. Not clear what Cordilleran refers to other than the geography where the winery and sourced vineyards are located in north central Washington state, north of the Columbia Basin. Stone fruit on nose, lemon peel, grapefruit peel, herb and a touch of hay in mouth, complex flavor profile; all the whole cluster bit, perhaps.
