This family owned domaine is located near the village of Gassin that is considers as one the most beautiful villages in France. The grape are hand harvested and the final steps of vinification are done by Maîtres Vigneron de Saint Tropez.
A blend of Grenache, Syrah, Rolle and Cinsault, with a beautiful rose gold color, a tempting fresh nose that blends spring flowers, strawberry, cassis a touch of hibiscus and red berries, the body is medium with pleasant acidity and a fresh fruity finish.
A lovely well made rose to celebrate the spring and upcoming summer.

Pale salmon. Strawberry, peach, citrus, watermelon on the nose. Cream and nutty flavors on the palate. Light body and balanced acidity. A smooth and refreshing summer rosé.

Champagne to be served with ice, by the pool, inspired by the parties & social life of Cannes & Saint Tropez, places located on the French Riviera. Dosage 35gr/l, blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir & Pinot Meunier, pale straw lemon color with fine frothy mousse, lively bead of bubbles. Fragrant nose of fresh fruit with nutty & honeysuckle notes. Palate flavors of apple, pear and citrus flavors. Ok balance & acidity, delicate textures, medium+ finish ending with toasty notes, creamy & chalky mineral character. — 2 years ago
