Delicate balance of minerality with tart red fruits, which you can’t really pick on the nose, but show up early on the palate giving a slight acidic start. Mid-palate has soft silky tannins and long beautiful earthy finish. Some French oak with spicy/leathery notes. Makes me think of wet forest floors as it finishes. — 6 years ago
