Mineral, spiced red fruit. Feel: firm, medium. Biodynamically farmed, hand harvested. — 2 years ago
White flowers and green fruit on the nose, sprinkled with hints of mineral. Full and fleshy on the palate. Long finish. — 2 years ago
This is a very pretty wine. Light color, but so fragrant, with sappy cherry/kirsch and a little raspberry, plus a highly-saline crushed stone minerality and a musky floral note. Flavorful but light-footed in the mouth. Crisp acids and little chalky tannin keep things together. Great with take-out Chinese food tonight! — 10 months ago
More malolactic than citric acid but lovely nonetheless. Paired very well with shrimp scampi. — 15 days ago
