When in Argentina drink…Bequignol? I dare anyone to find an Argentine red that clocks in at 12.6%abv. A southern French varietal finds its way to Mendoza. All about the dark red & black fruit- no tannins here. For a light red it’s quite somber, so not sure it translates as a solo dancer. My closest analogy is Pais in Chile, but minus the energy & acidity. — 3 years ago
