Best when paired to food, ok alone. Decanted 90m, more time appreciated.

This is a tasty Petite Sirah from Livermore Valley.

Showing cherries, cooked strawberries, light oak, raspberries, spices, earth, peppercorn, chocolates and tobacco.

Medium plus in body with medium plus acidity.

Tangy finish with soft tannins and tangy raspberries.

I had it before, and this time I gave it 3 hours to open up.

Easy drinking and fruit forward. Interesting and spicy.

I paired it with cheeses and crackers.
