One of the best CDLR’s in the biz showing beautifully tonight with an ultra complex and seductive bouquet of candied red cherries, rose petals, coffee beans and game meat. The palate is luxuriously silky with obvious grand cru and old vine concentration, particularly for the vintage, and there is beautiful purity and elegance to balance its power. Its spice and mineral inflicted finale just keeps on going. 07 Burgundy are in such a great spot. — 12 days ago
Slightly deeper salmon pink, more copper toned . More fruited than the Cristal , more strawberry , raspberry , floral character, limestone hints. On the palate this is rounder and more juicy , fruit driven in style , with strawberry , raspberry and some orange rind . Quite good density and balance . Good red fruited , chalky , finish . This is showing well , quite rounded and inticimg in style , open and generous . This is showing well now and I would imagine it will continue to do so over the next 10 years plus. — a month ago
I simply love this. It’s my sweet spot for Champagne. Decadently sweet and rich. Deep golden color. My favorite champagne. — 18 hours ago
Delicious! Complex and full body for a Pinot noir! — 18 hours ago
Light bodied, fruity, with hint of spice and nutmeg. — 12 days ago

Starting Thanksgiving off right.
Paired with bacon wrapped dates stuffed with feta. Caviar birds nests with crème fraiche. Shrimp cocktail, spinach dip and cheese.
Really nice sweetness to balance the food. — 2 hours ago

Start of the holiday season. I’m kind of disappointed with this. It came offf as flat almost boring. Just a hint of lemon but mostly bread. Age was not kind to this. — 4 days ago
