Super solid rias baixas Albariño. Crisp, acidic, a bit more body than the typical Albariño — a year ago
Smooth! Berry flavors, smoky, absolutely delicious on a Friday night cooking some Spanish dishes (gazpacho with shrimp!) — 3 years ago
100% Tempranillo. Very dark (remarkably dark considering the wine’s age) ruby/purple color with a slight garnet rim. Aromas of graphite, black cherries, dill and oaky smoke. Black cherry fruit on the palate with additional notes of tobacco, dark chocolate and savory spices. Long and linear finish. Medium-plus body and nicely balanced acidity and alcohol. Velvety smooth and quite elegant. At its peak! Appreciate the bottle, Petey! — 4 months ago
