Clone from Loire valley. Very tasty. Supply and demand has brought this from $45 to $85 — 5 years ago
Easy drinker, but lacking the vegetal funk I prefer in a cab franc. Wouldn't buy again. — 5 months ago
From Urban Grape on 8/2/2024. Mellon, lychee, cabbage, honeysuckle. Creasote mouthfeel. Laura remembers Chambers 1/2021. — 5 months ago
New find. Chambers. — 4 years ago
Lovely dark fruit, spice, and coniferous forest floor on the nose. Tannins overwhelm the back palate. Nice medium alcohol and acid. Medium garnet color. Excellent value in a very lovely and unusual wine. — 5 years ago

Maybe a bit too old but nevertheless a delicious experience - caramelised notes, dried cherry, figs, spices and vanilla. Smooth and full bodied albeit lacking some acidity. Finish filled with dried mushrooms and chicken stock — a month ago
