Bright salmon pink. Abundant nose of ripe cantaloupe and white flowers. Juicy palate echoes the nose with Royal Anne cherries, fines herbs, and a hint of anise on the lengthy but classically soft finish. Medium plus acidity is kept in check by the flavor profile. Complex as all get out for a Provençal rosè. Enjoy with meals from seafood to light cuts of beef(!) and it will sing! Vintage 2007 | Man, how I like this wine! First bottle of a case - I do have patience - with beautiful honey expression and ultimate balance. Put a glass with my chicken livers with shallot and salted capers. And drank it next to it. Very satisfied. — 5 years ago

This is 20 years and you would not tell by the robe. Dark rubi color, asian spices and black cherries nose, more secondary tastes in a well wrapped envelope of minerality and tannins. Can stand easily another 10 years but a joy to drink now. Recommended ! — 5 years ago
