A very fruit-forward Cabernet S. driven blend. Lots of dark, sweet, brambly fruit, with a touch of licorice and tar/black olive. Smooth & rich on the palate w/o being plush or overripe. Nice balance & precision and finely grained, juicy tannins. Lacks a bit of depth, though, plus the 14% alc are noticeable.
A nice one though, esp. with croque monsieur. — 4 years ago
Sipping on this gem found in our cellar left by the sellers of our new home 😉 it’s actually quite nice! Very easy drinking. Medium to light bodied, balanced fruit and whipping thistle 😂 — 5 years ago
Passe-tout-grain produces Pinot Noir and Gamay (often 50/50) blends vinified and aged together. They are traditionally simple and inexpensive wines. A few winemakers try it out with rigor and know-how, thus producing gems of freshness with a crisp character.
Unsulphured, unfiltered, biodynamic. It is a magnificent natural wine. Sublime nose, on an explosive floral bouquet. We bite into the fruit. Lively and ample. The finish is persistent on fine and coated tannins.
— 4 years ago

This took me back to that trip to Bordeaux and several days spent in the village is St. Emillon some 10+ years ago. I am glad I brought a little stash home. Great fruit, complexity. Tobacco, mint, anis, grapefruit, black plum, and leather are flavors that come to mind. — 6 years ago
2018 vintage. Packs a punch, goes great with croque monsieur. — 4 years ago
Ripe red fruit nose of raspberry, cranberry, and tart cherry with classic cab frank green bell pepper notes. Grippy tart red fruit on the palate with cinnamon and cedar. Medium alcohol, medium tannins, and high acid, with the bell pepper lingering in the finish. Tart and rustic, bring on the croque monsieur. — 4 years ago

Crush for this beautiful Cabernet-franc. Crunchy, fruity, with fresh, ample and gourmet primary notes; we eat literally in the fruit. The aging notes carried by a light woody discreetly integrated bring fine spicy notes. It’s both greedy and serious. I'll be curious to tast it back in 5 years. A wine that will bring together demanding amateurs like neophytes. Great!
Superbe! — 3 years ago
