Très bon vin — 7 years ago
This wine is within the same geographic area as Jurançon but a different appellation. The evolution after opening was startling. It began with blackberry and a hint of mint, chocolate, and smoke upon opening. Twenty minutes later it was like walking down a pleasant perfume isle. The last few sips had round, lengthy and rich yet tamed tannins. Hats off to the Cave de Gan. — 9 years ago
Sweet but not too sweet. No bitter or sour aftertaste. Pineapple and mango and citrus, with an ever so light zing. Like a light dessert wine — a year ago

Vin très doux, proche dessert, acidité discrète, légèrement boisé. Arômes de fruits exotiques, grande persistance des saveurs. Environ 6 euros. — 6 years ago
A much sweeter wine than we normally drink. This was paired with foie gras — 9 years ago
