I’ve asked the Delectable guys to fix the identified wine but they haven’t … it’s what you see in the photo (Capisco — an Italian sparkling wine, not a Shiraz). That said, I hope they do fix it because this is absolutely the very best sparkling wine I’ve ever had, and I’ve had many high priced French champagnes. Bubbly, but not too much so. Fruity, but a beautiful balance with the acidity. Full flavor, and just the right amount of sweetness. From WSJ Wines. Tasted 31 December 2022. — 3 years ago

Ho visto che il owner del ristorante beve tra i vini che liro hanno. Sceglia la botteglia friquamemte. Capisco che il vino sia il piu buono oppure c'e una ragione altra. Quindi vale la pena di controllarlo.
