We were looking for a nice Italian white with pasta Aug 2021 and chose this Pinot Bianca. The aroma was very good and suggested a floral taste. It was smooth, relatively dry and had a taste of pear or peach; nonetheless it was excellent and went well with beef carpaccio, fried calamari and beautiful pasta. A new discovery and will try again to decide re adding to our general stock. Suggest trying. — 4 years ago
