Finally opening up my meta pandemic wine :). A little more concentrated and acidic than I remember, but maybe that’s the aging… — a year ago

Lychee and thyme aromatics, mid-weight and high lemony acidity; gooseberry, lemon, yellow plum, greenish apricot, thyme and eucalyptus. — 2 years ago
Nicely natty! High toned and tart. Blaufrankisch dominant field blend (with a host of other varieties) from a small plot planted in 1980. Cherries, cranberry, moss, underripe plum, pepper. Soulful. Gets the gears turning. Drink under 60° and pair with chicken shawarma and yogurt sauce with pomegranate seeds. Lovely packaging. — 9 months ago
Really tasty, some skin contact going on for sure with a little bit of funk. Herbal (fennel) and spice notes, wet stone, tropical fruit. Bright acidity that lingers. — 2 years ago

This odd Pinot Noir blend (60% Pinot Noir, 20% Blaufränkisch, 20% Pinot Gris) is an amazing light wine. Delicious with Halušky and schnitzel. Not appropriate for steak but will work well with Central European stews. A real find, although somewhat overpriced in the U.S. — a month ago
