A little bit of baked pastry or pie crust with smoky undertones beautifully paired with raspberry. It almost drinks like gin...maybe that’s juniper or something similar.
It sits on your tongue like a soft cushion and wraps you tight. It’s a fire pit on a summer night or a walk by a lake when the sun comes out after it rains. There is funk and must, but it provided structure and escape for the juice and was good for me. — 5 years ago

One of the best sakes I’ve had. Floral bouquet, smooth, silky, semi-sweet, amazing to pair with flavorful fresh nigiri. Tried it at Mako in Chicago and was a highlight of the wine and sake pairing Omakase experience. — 4 years ago
