2019 vintage - light bodied and refreshing but not too sweet. — 5 years ago
Hermel-en-Aarde Valley mostly on shale but Upper on granite. Bosman also made the first South African orange wine. Juicy red cherry, red currant, sweet cola nuts, black cherry. 20 hectares of PN which is 20% all PN in South Africa. 10 months in 20% new French oak. Allspice. Elevated acid, medium minus tannins. — 5 years ago
Very fun, my personal favorite at the moment! Crisp green apple, pears, honey and a flint-y minerality. Aggressive but pleasant bubbles with medium body and medium+-high acidity. — 4 months ago

Vintage 2021 | much colour, some almonds in an introverted smell, prominent bitters in taste, vanilla, gods structure and acidity. Again, I did not recognise Chenin Blanc from South Africa. Many wine varieties are growing towards each other… Good effort. — 11 days ago
