A nice St Joseph for the price. Was a bit worried that the 2018 would be too flabby but this is relatively balanced. Nice blueberry fruit on the nose. Round and quite smooth. Acid a bit lacking on the finish which holds this back from being higher. Nice pairing with a Franklins bbq for Easter! — a month ago

A winemaker whom I first discovered at the one and only Au Bon Manger in Reims during a trip to Champagne, one to watch, Aurelien Lurquin. Unsurprisingly, his wines have all but disappeared in states. While my favorite cuvée will likely always be his 100% Meunier, Crayeres du Levant, 100% Pinot Noir Les Forcières is a gorgeous BdN. It’s powerful, rich and mineral with super floral aromatics and a stunningly luxurious texture. A beautiful young Champagne that there will simply never be enough of! — 2 years ago

Beautiful color. Fresh, bright, juicy with nice acid. Red berries, flower petals, mulberry, little bit of forest floor and crushed rocks. Always had a good bottle from this producer. — 7 months ago
