One of these rosada or rosata de Garnacha that I've been obsessed with since visiting Catyluna. This one is really juicy - actually best at cool room temp instead of chilled, a light pink floral fragrance, but a nice big mouthful and mouth feel. Really luscious, with the lightest hints of tannins and such a good acid balance. This bottle really shows that rosé can be elegant and elevated and not just a quaffer. This might even get better with age?
