Medium straw colour . Quite lean and focused on the nose at first , white stone fruits , peach , apricot , blanched almonds, sage . On the palate quite rich and creamy , just balanced acidity with good intensity of similar fruits to the nose , white peach , touch of apricot, with a herbal touch on the finish. A little bit fat , with the alcohol showing through a little , but with ok length and balance overall. The following day this shows a little better balance , and integration . The texture of this wine is made for food and will probably age quite well over the next 5 or so years — 3 months ago
