Standout of the Grand Tasting at Amisfield for the Central Otago Pinot Noir Celebration. Nose was seductive and perfumed which drew you in and finished you off before you had the chance to escape. Single punch down throughout the entire ferment. Francois Millet waxed poetic. An exemplary collaboration between Otago and Burgundy. — a year ago
