Gutierrez Colosia Fino "Amerigo". A special Fino of about 6 years avg age. Goes through a second fortification to give it a little muscle and then is bottled en Rama. Classically Fino: salty, nutty, and savory. But with a little more density and certainly tastes more serious. — 9 years ago
