Heart of the Lake Finger Lakes White Blend 2019

Riesling and Cayuga white blend - a wine with a split/changing personality, in an interesting way. Aromas of white flowers, tea, candle/soap. Medium body. Flavors: a little bit sweet then pivots dry, tart green apple, white pepper. Medium finish. — a month ago

Mystic Pearl Cabernet Sauvignon 2018

This is a very tasty Cabernet Sauvignon from Central Coast in California. Showing blackberries, coffee, chocolates, tobacco, licorice, oak, vanilla, plums, black cherries and light vegetables.

Dry on the palate and fruit forward.

Full bodied with medium acidity and a nice mouthfeel.

Tangy finish with fine grained tannins.

Still young, but already enjoyable, even by itself. Will age nicely in the next 5 years.

Good right out of the bottle and better with some airtime.

Spicy and tangy. Tasty and easy drinking with mild complexity.

I paired it with cheeses and crackers.m by the pool.

13.8% alcohol by volume.

90 points.

Wiltinger Kabinett Riesling 2018

This is a delicious Riesling from Mosel, Germany. Showing great complexity with a nice smooth, mouthfeel.

Showing lemons, limes, red apples, pineapples, kiwifruit, light bananas, honey, minerals, sea salt and spices.

Medium plus in body with high acidity.

Semi sweet on the palate with a long long finish, that I loved and tangy lemons.

Beautifully balanced, with enough sugars for the high acidity. Buttery and smooth.

Will age nicely in the next 5 to 15 years.

Good by itself or with food like spicy Asian food. I had it all by itself by the pool nicely chilled.

9% alcohol by volume.

93 points.
