Cabernet Sauvignon 2010

What a surprise. There's a reason unionville usually blends Cabernet, but this one really stood out on its own. Very smooth with quite a bit going on. — a year ago

Unionville Home Chardonnay 2016

I just love the way Unionville makes Chardonnay. This is a great example. It's very light of delicate aroma with hints of women and apples without a buttery finish. The neutral oak really lets them taste the wine come out. — 2 years ago

Estate Bottled Chardonnay 2016

Apples, butter, smoke, followed by sour apples, a hint of lemon. Nice job, New Jersey! 😄🎉 — 4 years ago

Amwell Ridge Counoise 2015

Very solid effort here - 100% Counoise from Central NJ. Yes, the Rhône varietal has verve (acidity) with balance! Medium weight with a feminine bent. Perfect with house lamb burgers w/feta and Tzatziki topping. elderberry and black cherry mango in a Pinot style format. Delish! Easily five more years left in the bottle :) — a year ago

Pheasant Hill Chardonnay 2015

Super sophisticated and refined… A real sommeliers dream to pair with sophisticated four-star food. Crisp minerality married delicately with oak enhanced mouthfeel = precision!! — 3 years ago

Heritage White

Perfect almost sangria tasting rosé without being too sweet or too dry. Could use some fruit floating in it but perfect for just drinking a la mode — 4 years ago

Estate Grown and Bottled Pétillant Naturel Riesling 2018

This wine is really a surprise. Unionville says this is the first time they ever tried a sparkling wine, and it is a winner. Not a ton of complexity but very well-balanced with a nice earthiness and Riesling character. Can't wait for the next one. — 3 years ago

Pheasant Hill Syrah 2013

Cherry, cranberry. Nice acid--juicy and mouthwatering. Food-friendly. Brett nose turns to earth and stone. Soft tannins, medium-minus weight. Beautiful violet/floral character. Cedar. Well-integrated, subtle oak (neutral?). — 5 years ago
