Rhone blend that I opened a year too late — 3 years ago
This wine is really a surprise. Unionville says this is the first time they ever tried a sparkling wine, and it is a winner. Not a ton of complexity but very well-balanced with a nice earthiness and Riesling character. Can't wait for the next one. — 4 years ago
What a surprise. There's a reason unionville usually blends Cabernet, but this one really stood out on its own. Very smooth with quite a bit going on. — 2 years ago
Fantastically concentration of balanced fruit! Glen Manor is style, central NJ is taste! — 3 years ago
Very solid effort here - 100% Counoise from Central NJ. Yes, the Rhône varietal has verve (acidity) with balance! Medium weight with a feminine bent. Perfect with house lamb burgers w/feta and Tzatziki topping. elderberry and black cherry mango in a Pinot style format. Delish! Easily five more years left in the bottle :) — 2 years ago
I just love the way Unionville makes Chardonnay. This is a great example. It's very light of delicate aroma with hints of women and apples without a buttery finish. The neutral oak really lets them taste the wine come out. — 3 years ago
Perfect almost sangria tasting rosé without being too sweet or too dry. Could use some fruit floating in it but perfect for just drinking a la mode — 5 years ago

Such quality! I opened this at 8.75 yrs old. Absolutely stunning Burgundian class. Mouthfeel and acid in harmony. Was completely capable of standing up against cream pasta at this age. — a month ago
