Expressive and sophisticated bouquet with benzene notes, Jerez, nuts, tilia honey, slightly rotten mandarins. With time the nose evolves, calms down and you get green tea with jasmine as a bonus. Multilayered wine, with long jerez-like evolving taste, flavours of green almond and yellow fruits with benzene. Great wine, wonderful QPR, shame it's not available anymore.

Very smooth and balanced with well rounded tannins. A very good blend that left me wishing I bought a 2nd bottle. — 2 years ago
Smooth fruity very easy to drink — 3 months ago
Elegant and sophisticated wine. Yellow fruits, nuts, quince jam, benzene notes and tilia with some bakery hints. High electric acidity, well balanced, has lots of power and potential. It's almost ready to kick me in the face. Long aftertaste with flavours of tilia honey and green apricot. Young yet delicious!

Drank BTG out of double magnum for #largeformatfriday at Tilia. Absolutely outstanding. SO aromatic. All the elements of this wine have damn near perfectly integrated together after 20 years. Acid and tannin in near perfect harmony, both intense but yet so refined and balanced. Singing with fig, dried cherry, tar, star anise, clove, and dried rose and violet petals. Stunning. — 6 years ago

There is a nice 🌻 blackcurrant 🍇 juicy black fruit underneath with waves vast of espresso coffee and chocolate oak on top of my palate, real nice and so good on this seasonal greeting holidays 🎄 So nicely paired with tapas set and family favorite curry veggie stew

Tasted blind. Beeswax, green apple, tilia and honey. After some time it becomes magnificent, bouquet enriches by honeysuckle and amber with some musk notes. Energetic, crisp and well balanced with high acidity. Lovely long aftertaste that evolves over time. It was the most interesting wine of the evening, no wonder it was named favourite by most of the people. — a year ago
