Lovely, skunky, tart - puckeringly so. My jowls tingle with each sip. Very slight iodine aroma. Combines well with rich, fatty foods, i.e. pizza. I wouldn’t pair it with shellfish. Not as brutal as other Basque ciders I’ve tasted. — a year ago
