Vin der ikke findes mere. Sebastien Fleuret ville hellere være forskningschef i noget kedelig end at lave vin. Hvilken skam. Kæmpe hindbærsnitte. Syre. VA. Røde bær. Menthol. Uhørt let og elegant cab franc. ‘Muy bien.’ — a month ago
This is a real triumph - a wine with Chablis’ textbook acidity that still conveys lovely ripeness. Green and golden apple, green pear, lemon peel, flint, wet stone. There is a wonderfully silky texture and roundness to this wine that belies the fact it was raised entirely in stainless steel. — 3 months ago
Never been a Chablis guy, took a chance with this and it’s pretty much what @Lyle Fass said, although I’m not as exuberant. It actually shows more like SB than Chard. It’s well made, had w/seafood pasta and it worked well @ cellar temp. Will hold this for awhile before I revisit as I think it will fatten up. — a month ago

Neal Martin has to be smoking crack for his review of this wine. Anyway. Stunning nose of seashells, lemon merengue, Meyer lemon, airy minerals, oyster brine and so much more. Fantastic! Some wet stones as well and tree bark and semi wet soil. Big time Gout de Terroir. Palate is super elegant and has loads of salty, concentrated fruit and is energetic as all can be. Dense as this bottling usually is. What texture and richness but allied with salinity and a licking a rock finish that is very long. Ideally this needs 3-5 years but what a smoker now. What length! — 3 months ago

Pretty classic profile with tart malic acid and green fruits in the nose. Not sharply acidic on the palate not incisively sharp nor mineral on the finish. Good but not great. — 11 days ago
