Worth having again. Slightly bitter but still pleasant. Great to include in a tasting lineup. — 9 months ago
From Joel’s cellar offering a year or so ago. Outstanding freshness and vigor in this one. Light in color as most of the pigment had pasted itself on the sides of the bottle. Deep nose of plum/Healdsburg prune and cedar. Comes across as both primary and tertiary at the same time. Firm acidity with gripping tannins. — 4 months ago

Ravenswood ‘Icon’ Mixed Blacks Sonoma County 2008: Full-bodied. Nicely integrated tannins. Noticeable acidity with a dark, dense taste. Notes of blackberry, blueberry, dark cherry & other dark fruits, tobacco & oak. Long smooth finish. Made from four distinct varieties, Zinfandel, Petite Sirah, Carignane & Alicante Bouschet, this Sonoma County ancient vines wine was one to sip, savor & remember. Perfectly balanced & still showing great fruit after 15 years. Hope I can age just well! Great day to all! Cheers🍷 — 4 months ago
