Voltes Tsimpidi Agiorgitiko Mavroudi 2019

Agiorgitiko Mavroudi blend
Nose: vanilla, black raspberries, fig jam, stewed plum, nutmeg
Taste: raspberries, cherries, violets?, nutmeg
Low-medium tannin, acidity could be brighter, but altogether lovely and complex. Could do with some age, though

Wild Yeast Salto Moscofilero 2020

Man, this was really good and had a few things going on that I couldn’t quite place. Floral nose. Vibrant and light, but also a creamy finish. Nice acidity. Top drawer! — 6 days ago

Floral, a bit waxy, with decent weight and elegance with good acidity. Melon and a bit of citrus fruit character. Nice. — 3 days ago

Peloponnisos Moscofilero 2020

Nose of ripe peaches and red apples. Silky smooth, with lemon and peach. Was expecting a sweetness due to the peach and apple nose, but there was none. Lemony, tart, and steely. This is a first for us and it's quite nice! — 11 days ago

Psarades Dafni Dry White Blend 2020

Interesting and unique Greek White varietal. Bright gold color. Interesting aromas of bay leaves (Dafni means laurel in Greek), ginger and lime. Pallet is full of citrus and herbs. Soft acidity. Quite refreshing. Fascinating wine. — 11 days ago
