Bought as part of the 7 bottle selection from a good wine shop in Barcelona and drunk last week in Spain. This wine was made from 100% Albariño and in a natural style to my palate - with skin contact I thought. Had that luscious mouth filling texture that so many Mediterranean whites have. Only 400 to 500 bottles made per year. — 2 years ago
Made from 100% Albariño from the O Pucha Estate, An outstanding Albariño, but ‘20 was better. Bright pale lemon with aromas of stone, tropical fruits and elegant floral scents. On the palate flavors off melon, peach and pineapple with honey-like tones. Well structured and balanced, medium+ finish ending with savory mineral tang. Nice! — 2 years ago

Blend of 60% Albariño, the other part made up of Treixadura, Loureiro & Caino.
Very light & fresh, salty & rocky on the nose. Hardly any fruit. Shy at this stage.
Nice, creamy & quite firm mouthfeel. Salty, fresh, juicy. Shy lemons, salty rocks, a hint of white peach & green pear. Nice presence, depth & length. Savoury & much better with food as this has some weight.
Very good. — a year ago
Outstanding Albariño by Xosé Luis Sebio (winemaker at Coto de Gomariz). From old vines in Aios (Sanxenxo) in the Salnes subzone of Rías Baixas. Clean, precise nose with aromas of citrus, minerals, sea breeze. Very refreshing, elegant on the palate. Citrus, zesty acidity. Long, saline finish. Very very good — 2 years ago
Drank at Riley’s Gig. Good balance of acid and fruit. — 3 years ago

Fabulous bottling. Singular exemplar of what albariño can do at the highest level. Tightrope between grassy, herbaceous Sauvignon blanc opening & smoky Riesling finish. Reminds you why albariño was thought to be a Riesling clone. Zippy acid, lime, smoky apple fruit, fabulous texture and long penetrating finish. 200 y/o vines. 😍 — a year ago
Another Iberian stunner I hadn’t tried before. Pale garnet, translucent at the edges. Gorgeous nose has rose petals, strawberry, dried leaves, black tea. Palate is earth and floral tones, rocks and tart red fruit in that order. There’s like a slight crunchy vegetal pink peppercorn thing going on too. Could go with just about anything (this pizza very much included) — 3 years ago

Very pleasingly fresh and natural for its price, showing very green with aromas of bell pepper, which mingles on the palate with green strawberry. A wine harvested early to compensate for a warm year, and though it shows, the result is tasty. — 5 months ago
