Florality! Extremely floral. Green apple blossoms. Minty minerality. Pale straw. So pure, pristine, and crystalline. Crisp and precise. Refreshing acidity. Off dry — 21 days ago
Someone beat me to taste this from the bottle. Had 2021 from barrel and predicted it would be a stellar vintage. Well this estate wine is delicious. Cherries galore, lime, plenty of acidity but not over the top. Well balanced. Very burgundian. Yet it retains this slope of the black forest terroir. Strikes me as a drink now wine. Arrived today at 11am. Lyle will kill me for not allowing the wine to rest. I might try the big boys in the next couple of weeks. Can’t wait. Great wines in my book can withstand the shipping journey with ease. It’s a badge of honor. 11.5%. With air 9.4. — 17 days ago
Bubblegum, peach gummy, sweet & bitter crushed wet stone, lemon juice, acacia, white flowers, herbal too rosemary? Sweet tannic and phenolic. Long and harmoniously balanced. — 21 days ago
Delicious and a great balance between sweet and acidic — 5 days ago
Pale lemon color with medium+ intensity aromas of floral, stone and citrus fruits with floral notes. On the palate this almost dry wine shows flavors of peach, ripe apple, lemon, apricot, melon with wet stone mineral. Vivid acidity with great mouthfeel on medium+ finish. Can age a bit but is very good now for optimal freshness. — a month ago

Rose petals, cherry, wet moss, wild berries, subtle herbs (tarragon?), flirty hint of grape, bubblegum. And that signature wild, almost over the line E&M VA. Fine tannins, very pretty. Substantially more va in one of two bottles opened. — 8 days ago
