Long sour cherry. Balanced. Perfect acid — 2 months ago
Cherries and nice bitterness — 2 months ago
A stunning Burgundian style Chardonnay, reminiscent of a Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru. Lovely minerality, even a touch of salinity, balanced worth a forever finish that unfurled a symphony of flavors. Exquisite indulgence for my birthday dinner. Would that I had the discipline to cellar it for a decade, but tempus fugit so carpe diem. — 8 months ago
This is absolutely delish. Tons of brambletown on the nose🍓🍓🍓. Bramble, strawberry , rhubarb , and clove. Beautiful Ruby color with great acid structure for aging. Lots of juicy fruit and at 13.4% this is amazing. — 2 months ago
Bright raspberry, licorice, forest floor. Quality wine. — 2 months ago

Haunting aromatics, stemmy with subtle campfire smoke. You could taste and see the age, dry and savoury, black tea. Light cherry layers. Probably on the downslope from here as the acid just holding it all together. — 16 days ago
