Very interesting nebbiolo. Garnet color, started with low aroma but opened to a complex nose. Black fruit, floral notes, licorice, plums in liquor and the tipical rustic tone that most Italian wines have. Good tannin on the mouth, very nice acidity. Good permanence in mouth. Drank it for more than 2 hours to enjoy it at its fullest. — 4 years ago
Nice champagne style brut here, not common in Italy. Candied apple but toasty in the glass. Outside the glass it has a brightness, lots of character, medium dry, yeasty. Where it was candied apple on the nose it’s a dried apple flavor that prevails on the palate. — 4 years ago
Delicious, sparkling red — a month ago
From Cork. Strong raspberry, lively, juicy, light. Alcohol on very back. Might not stand up to food, except lightly seasoned salmon or chicken. — 8 months ago
Rich and balanced. Ripe red fruit are offset by earth, leather, fennel, and dried herbs. — 4 years ago

A rogue find that did not disappoint; a little bite at the end. I’d love to get my hands on more. — 4 years ago

100% Prie’ Blanc. Light straw color. Aromas and flavors of green apple, pear, lemon and nectarine. All wrapped in a crisp mineral package. Mouth watering acidity and very long finish. Quite refreshing. — 25 days ago
