pretty good — 5 years ago
I️ bought this wine upon release when this was a “big” buy for me. Part of the fun of collecting wine is seeing how they develop over time. This bottle is great. 50% Sangiovese 45% merlot and 5% Cabernet. The merlot and Sangiovese really compliment with good dark fruit a hint of oak and pure joy. Too bad it’s a Sunday night. Too bad I️ only have one bottle left. Have to say I️ built my Italian wine collection reading Galloni back in the day and trusting in his taste - it has worked out well so far. — 7 years ago
Beautiful again; smooth but a little dry — 5 months ago
Fruktigt, hallon och italienskt. Känns som ett vin som passar till typ allt. Riktigt fint gott och prisvärt. Ett go to italienskt. — 4 years ago

Solo per me! :) Very good wine — 8 years ago
2020 vintage.
Passerina is an ancient grape grown in Marche in clay and calcareous soil. Fermented in stainless steel with ageing “sur lies” for 4 months.
Fragrant and floral with citrus and honeysuckle on the nose. Dry with medium acidity. Pear, almond and citrus with a savoury, stoney minerality on the finish.
We BBQ‘d local fish.
Ling cod cheeks, Sablefish collars and Chinook Salmon bellies.
