The vintage for white burgundy has really focused up since release, far more incisive, balanced and better showcasing terroir. Such is the case for 15 Ruchottes, one of the best plots in Chassagne, often of Grand Cru quality. It’s still showing young, but plenty giving, immensely concentrated, ample and rich with all the Ramonet goodies- white orchard fruit, white flowers, vanilla bean, macadamia nut and the signature spearmint freshness.
