Probably the flashier Premier Cru from Chassagne
Ramonet has an unmistakable touch for sure
Quite toasty to start it opens up with time and temperature rising in the glass
Roasted cashew, wet rocks, flinty
Ferns and altogether a fresh undergrowth from rainforest
The intensity of this wine is sublime as well as the balance and the long after taste
This wine could defeat time for a long period
An absolute winner — 22 days ago
Always as good, spices on the nose, touch of liquorice, lots of ripe red fruit as well as on the palate, fresh and with some grip, nice length.
Toujours aussi bon, un nez épicé, réglisse un peu, du fruit rouge assez mur en quantité tout comme en bouche, suave et frais à la fois, belle longueur.

an oh my god wine. From the first sip—the mouthfeel is like liquid mercury. Gorgeous nose, palate, but that mouthfeel is amazing. Citrus and white flowers, no Ramonet mint, but did I mention the mouthfeel? Not the density of grand cru, but nothing out of place. What an awesome texture. Really awesome. Incredibly tactile. — 2 months ago
found some 18 Vergers yesterday so I decided to look in on 15. Makes sense to a wine guy. Herbal notes and a bit of Ramonet menthol, lean citrus fruit, expands on the palate and wakes the taste buds, all now standing at attention like soldiers at reveille. A lovely bottle with room to grow. — 24 days ago
A charming nose with ripe fruit, white peach and lemon, some spices and a touch of mint. The palate is round, fairly rich and yet has enough backbone and acidity, class and elegance as well as being very expressive and a very long delicious finish.

The colour says it all
Pale yellow and shiny
Delicate, focused and intense
I reckon this is among the few top white wines in Italy. Benchmark scent of this wine is wisteria, i have detected it nearly in every vintage.
Last night i drank a Chassagne-Mintrachet Les Caillerets PC 2013 made by Ramonet and i am not complaining tonight eithier..it says it all — 21 days ago
Had dinner with friends who love aged white Burgundy. As you can imagine there has been many setbacks over the years, this bottle makes up for all of the disappointments. I was amazed by the freshness on the nose and on the palate. Lemon, mature fruit flavors and wonderful life giving acid. Amazing persistence on the finish. A wine of many gears. I truly get excited when I am fortunate to drink a magical bottle of aged white burgundy. — a month ago
