Very different take on Xinisteri. Rich and very structured. Lots of minerals and good acid. Has more in common with a high end village Burgundy than the bitingly acidic xinisteri more typical of Cyprus. Long finish. Excellent. — 3 months ago
Выпито 02 11.21 в Пафосе в ресторане на набережной от Almyra.Очень легкое минеральное ксинистери от известного кипрского производителя - лучший аккомпанемент к местным морепродуктам. — 8 months ago
Very rare grape - native to Cyprus. On the nose, almonds candy and honeysuckle. Wet rocks. In the mouth dense and thick, strong minerality and broad acidity. The age shows with some distinct secondary characteristics. Quite good and interesting. Of interest - this winery only works with native Cypriot varieties. — 23 days ago
First wine from Cyprus for me . But this wine is great value . It has such an interesting herb profile . You can almost taste greek herbs in the wine . Really nice.. Only 12.5 % alcohol — 9 months ago
Native Cypriot red wine grape from the (IMHO) best winery in Cyprus. Beautiful fruity nose of blueberries, and herbs. Bright and fruity in the mouth, currants and spice. Good acid, strong tannins. Medium long finish. In Cyprus this bottle is under €15. Buy a case. DAY 2 - rounder and just better. Really a great wine. — 2 months ago
Greek native Agiorgitiko variety from the Vlassides Winery experimental vinafication. Big and expansive wine, likely cold maceration. Highly extracted but clean and bright. Dark fruit, good acid. Tannins calm down a bit the next day. 15 euros is a steal for wine this quality. 14.5% — 8 months ago
Сегодня у нас с Дашей несчастливый день - с утра пропала вода. Поэтому Даша нервничает и мы пошли ужинать в La isla. Я решил выпить пикколо xinisteri от Хаджипавлу . 2020 год свеж и хорош. 🍷 — 9 months ago

Incorrectly listed as just “xynisteri”… good solid single vineyard wine, lots of minerals and acid. Clean and quite good. — 12 days ago
