Opened the bottle for a turkey birthday dinner and didn’t enjoy as much as the Ken Wright Pinot Noir we served as well. Enjoyed more with pork tenderloin a subsequent night ($40). — 9 months ago
Delicious with rack of lamb ($24) — 2 years ago
Pop and pour. Unarguably the best 21 dollar btl of wine I have ever bought. On the nose: black tea, cranberry, leather and spice. On the palate:.black tea, leather, soft strawberry, solid acidity, good density, slate and grapefruit on the softly tannic finish. This is in a fantastic place right now. Glad I still have a few more btls.
If you drank this a decade ago and were underwhelmed, you were just impatient. Lovely. — 2 months ago

Here is a fabulous 99 point wine by Robert Parker.
Dark ruby in color with a short reddish rim.
Great nose of blueberries, blackberries, black currants, plums, cooked cherries, cedar, earth, vanilla, Mediterranean spices, espresso, cola, light herbs, chocolates, tobacco and black pepper.
Full bodied, smooth and elegant, with medium acidity and long legs.
Dry and fruity on the palate with blackberries, black cherries, figs, cedar, chocolates, vanilla, licorice, spices, tobacco, herbs, light earth, cola and peppercorn.
Long finish with round tannins and tangy cherries.
This is a gorgeous Cabernet Sauvignon based Bordeaux blend from Napa Valley.
Showing nice balance and a great mouthfeel. Round and rich. Elegant and smooth.
This 22 year old still has a lot of power in it, and will continue to age nicely in the next 5 to 10 years.
Good right out of the bottle, and better after 2 hours of airtime.
So soft and powerful, with a great nose. This is a gorgeous wine right now.
A blend of 89% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Petit Verdot and 3% Malbec. Aged in all new French oak barrels for 24 months.
13.9% alcohol by volume.
96 points.

78% Cab Sauv, 12% Merlot, 7% Cab Franc, 2% Petit Verdot, 1% Malbec, deep Ruby, concentrated youthful aromas, ripe black fruit, subtle nutty spice & creamy chocolate. Aged 24 months, 85% new & 15% 1-yr American oak. Palate fresh fruit flavors, sweet plum, blackcherry & dried blackberry, bits of oak & cacao peeking through. Tannins present, but a tad persistent. Long & elegant finish with vanilla & slight mineral tang. Drinks well now continue to develop over the next 15+ years! Outstanding! Tasting Sample! — 2 years ago
This was opened and we enjoyed a few glasses before recorking and reapproaching 24 hours later, at which point it was really singing. Yellow peach, pear and medley of orchard fruit, layered with pressed yellow flowers, dried persimmon, and notes of vanilla and bourbon. So delicate. Such fine bubbles. Saltwater taffy and some caramel and rock salt on the palate. Subtle tannic echo. Mesmerizing. — a month ago
Deep Ruby, aromas of red and black fruits with sweet spice and oak, a classical blend of 85% Tempranillo, 10% Graciano and 5% Mazuelo, barrel aged for 24 months. On the palate flavors of black cherry and currants with spice, espresso, vanilla & toasty oak tones. Fine tight tannins, lively acidity on a long finish ending with fruit, sweet spice and an earthy mineral character. Nice! — a year ago
