Nose: Roses on stems, raspberries, red plums, white pepper, warm dusty earth, smoke.
Palate: Sweet but tart raspberry candies up front, roasted red plums, craisins, smoke, lots of herbs on the mid-palate, bramble, flowers and stems, white pepper, vanilla, chocolate, and a touch of bitterness on the finish.
Sooo good with smoky octopus with bacon smashed potatoes and Romesco sauce:

It's called Agreste from the Undurraga winery. A blend of Cariñena and Garnacha. First taste is rather sweet and then the tannins manifest. Good with red meat pand pasta. — 3 days ago

Pretty, pretty label. Eye catching. And screw top is nice. Dark with a rusty edge. Smells a bit funky. Earth, herbs, ground. Pine cones? Little bit of elderberry. Flavors are meaty and tasty. More berries. Like really good blackberry and licorice. All sorts berry flavored. This is not as inky and bowl you over as some high altitude Spanish Granacha is, but it’s got plenty of acid and hits the right tones everywhere. Very likable. — a month ago
Super balanced and smooth, almost preferred it not decanted. Couldn’t pick up what the chocolate note was until I read tasting notes- loved it! — 15 days ago
Smells great. Very very smooth wine. Match with any dishes. Very mature even though it is 2020 wine.. very well surprised. — a month ago
