Blend of 50% Malbec, 24% Merlot, 11% Syrah, 7% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Cabernet Franc and 3% Petit Verdot, deep Ruby color with aromas of ripe berry fruits floral and spicy herbs. On the palate flavors of blackberry and juicy plum fruit with spicy herb, cacao and toasty oak. Fine soft tannins, well balanced, good acidity, long finish, almost creamy, ending with fruit & oak. 7 grapes created this beautiful blend. 4 red and 3 white, all from one vineyard planted in late '50. Rustic, smoky and bitter with soft tannins. Red berries try to brake this tobacco facade, needs long aeration to set them free. Quite acidic, licorice finish. — 9 years ago
