Wow cherry and almond and hay. A bit burgundy with a heat side. Superb palate with a strong acid backbone, some superb grip, a subtle matter with a lot of complexity. Harsh tannins. Long fruity finish with a bit of a drying effect from the tannins. This is good ! — 14 hours ago
Les chemins de Sève, terre d'aygues, principauté d'orange, 2015, Luc Massart. Grenache, syrah and alicante.
Blood orange, garrigue, olive, strawberry, blackberry and a bit of heat. The plate is very well done with a strong acid backbone, some matter, some bright red fruit, a soft touch on the side but drying tannins in mid palate. Long rather dry finish with a bright fruit. This is a cool wine! — a day ago
Butter, hay, lemon. Rather simple nose which screams Meursault in your face. The palate is huge with sheer acids, a buttery touch on the side, a huge width with a dense matter, some grip starting from mid palate, lemony notes all along and an everlasting finish with butter and lemon. It lasts more than a minute. What a finish! Such power. You gotta love it. — 15 hours ago
